Sketchy Black Friday Door Buster Giveaway Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility:

   • The Black Friday Door Buster Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of participation.

   • Employees of Sketchy and their immediate family members or those residing in the same household are not eligible to participate.

2. Promotion Period:
   • The promotion begins on November 20th at 10am PT and ends on December 4th at 11:59pm PT.
     
     
3. Entry Requirements:
   
   • To qualify, participants must be among the first 72 purchasers on the first doorbuster day, the first 20 purchasers on the second doorbuster day, and the first 20 purchasers on the third doorbuster day who purchase a Sketchy subscription during the promotion period.
     
   • Subscriptions activated under a free trial will not count toward eligibility thresholds unless the subscriber upgrades to a paid plan at the end of their free trial period.
     
     
4. Giveaway Details:
   
   • Eligible participants who meet the requirements outlined above will receive the promotional item indicated on the Sketchy website.
   • Promotional items can not be exchanged for a different promotional item.
   • Giveaway items are limited to one per customer and are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-redeemable for cash or other items.
     
     
5. Notification and Fulfillment:
   
   • Winners will be notified via email provided during subscription signup within 8 days after the conclusion of the promotion period.
   • Sketchy is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete contact information provided during subscription.
     
     
6. Additional Conditions:
   
   • Sketchy reserves the right to verify eligibility and to disqualify any participant who is found to have violated these terms and conditions or engaged in fraudulent activity.
   • Sketchy reserves the right to substitute the giveaway item with an item of equal or greater value if the original item becomes unavailable for any reason.
     
     
7. Limitation of Liability:
   
   • By participating, entrants agree to release and hold Sketchy harmless from any liability arising from participation in the giveaway or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
     
     
8. Governing Law:
   • This giveaway is governed by the laws of the United States and is void where prohibited.
     
     
9. Modification and Termination:
   • Sketchy reserves the right to modify or terminate the giveaway at any time without prior notice.
